Job Description

As a Third-Party Management Operations role at Capgemini, your role will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with the Client and cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns. Your key responsibilities will include:- Ensuring adherence to TPRM policies and procedures across the full lifecycle.- Supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Third Party Business Representatives (TPBRs), and the TPMO team.- Managing risk assessments and determining appropriate relationship records for new service requests.- Driving follow-ups and escalations across various TPRM stages including Inherent Risk Assessments, Due Diligence, Contingency Plans.Your profile should include:- Experience in risk management, vendor governance, or third-party oversight.- Familiarity with tools like Coupa Risk Assess, Coupa Core, and ServiceNow.- Looking for working experience of 5 to 13 years.- Willingness to work in shifts, as this is a new client engagement.- Candidates who can join immediately or within a maximum of 30 days.At Capgemini, you will enjoy comprehensive wellness benefits including health checks, telemedicine, insurance with top-ups, elder care, partner coverage, or new parent support via flexible work.
