Job Description

    As an ISU Techno-Functional Consultant at delaware India, your role will involve supporting the implementation, enhancement, configuration, and optimization of SAP ISU solutions for clients in the utilities sector. You will collaborate closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP ISU solutions. Your responsibilities will include solutioning, conducting assessments, participating in client requirements calls, documenting specifications, and developing and delivering solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Have 2-4 years of experience as an SAP IS-U Consultant, particularly in the Energy/Utilities domain- Exposure to at least 1 full life cycle implementation and 1 AMS Project- Possess a deep understanding of Meter to Cash Flow- Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP- Proficiency in at least 2 ISU Modules such as Device Management, Billing, or FICA- Experience in preparing training documents and conducting End user training- Provide support by troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, and performing system enhancements- Analyze and understand existing processes- Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities- Flexible to work in AMS and Implementation projects- Willingness to cross-train, upskill, and collaborate with team members- Experience in BRF and BPEM is an added advantage- SAP Utilities certification is a plusAbout delaware:delaware is a renowned global corporation specializing in delivering advanced business and IT solutions and services to assist organizations in their business and digital transformations.
