Senior Consultant - Graphic Design

Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at WSP, your main responsibility will be to create visually compelling proposals, document covers, presentations, diagrams, infographics, and marketing collateral. You will need to translate complex technical and strategic content into clear and engaging visuals. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with engineers, proposal managers, and marketing teams to ensure that design outputs align with business goals. It will be important to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and platforms. Additionally, as a leader in the team, you will guide and mentor junior designers to ensure quality and consistency. You will also be managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), including AI-powered features like Adobe Firefly.- Strong experience in motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, and interactive design.- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and team collaboration skills.- Experience with SharePoint and digital asset management systems is a plus.Preferred Skills:- 3D visualization and map creation.- Familiarity with proposal development for infrastructure or engineering sectors.About WSP:WSP is a global professional services consulting firm with a focus on engineering projects that contribute to the growth of societies.
