Be part of our winning team and contribute to creating a world that works better.As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at TeamViewer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality of the TV One user-interface through manual and automated testing. This includes testing the UI/web front-end for consistency in content, layout, responsiveness, user navigation, and accessibility, as well as testing APIs and backend components of services. Working as an individual contributor in an agile team, you will be involved in functional testing, test data management, test strategy maintenance, and reporting status to senior management.**Key Responsibilities:**- Take ownership of manual and automated testing of features across various platforms including Web, Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS.- Lead test planning, development, execution, and reporting.- Collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure optimal testability of features.- Enhance testing strategies and techniques.- Manage Quality Assurance projects and initiatives.- Identify, document, regress, and track bugs.- Conduct various tests including performance, load, system, usability, regression, compatibility, and exploratory.- Review product user interface for adherence to design guidelines.- Ensure comprehensive coverage of requirements and customer use cases in test plans.- Provide feedback from an end-user perspective during team refinements.- Engage with QAs from other teams on shared topics.- Communicate and report test execution results to the product and leadership teams.**Qualifications Required:**- University or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum 6 years of experience in quality assurance testing or software development.- Proficiency in automation testing design and implementation.- Familiarity with manual testing and professional software engineering practices.- Experience with software testing tools like TestRail, Cypress, Ranorex, etc.- Knowledge of C# and Typescript/Javascript is advantageous.- ISTQB certification is a plus.- Experience with mobile devices (iOS and Android) is beneficial.- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to work with innovative technology.- Fluency in English is mandatory.At TeamViewer, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcomed and supported.
