Job Description

    Job Title: Senior Software Development Engineer 2 (SDE-2)Location: Noida Sec-62Job Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 3 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Software Development Engineer 2 (SDE-2) to join our backend engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable, high-performance backend solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust, reliable, and efficient software systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend applications and services.Architect complex microservices-based solutions that are maintainable, reliable, and performant.Set technical direction and best practices for the team; mentor and support junior engineers.Build and maintain efficient, secure, and well-documented APIs.Drive end-to-end CI/CD processes using Docker and Jenkins.Deploy and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like Datadog; proactively identify and resolve issues.Work extensively with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka for advanced data management and real-time streaming.Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to maintaining a high standard of code quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality releases.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently, implementing preventative solutions.Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously drive innovation within the team.Candidate RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).3 years of hands-on software development experience with strong backend architecture skills.Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.Extensive experience with Golang in production environments.Deep expertise in MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency in Kubernetes for managing containerized applications at scale.Experience in Datadog or similar tools for system monitoring and optimization.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is a plus.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.,
