Job Description

    As a Senior Software Engineer II at C3 India Delivery Centre LLP, formerly known as Crowe Horwath IT Services LLP, you will be part of the Audit Transformation practice focusing on research, rapid prototyping, and feasibility demonstrations for emerging ideas. Your role will involve collaborating with Innovation Leaders, exploring and researching emerging technologies, developing high-impact prototypes, and transitioning your proof of concepts (POCs) for full buildout and delivery. Your responsibilities include:- Collaborate with Innovation Leaders to translate exploratory goals into actionable technical experiments.- Explore & Research emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and market solutions in the audit space.- Perform Third-Party Evaluation of external products for integration feasibility, scalability, and strategic fit.- Rapidly design, develop, and deliver high-impact prototypes (POCs) based on evolving requirements.- Showcase strong communication and presentation skills to stakeholders, tell the story of findings, and recommend a path forward.- Conduct Iterative Experimentation by capturing feedback and integrating it into the POC.- Collaborate with product teams to transition your POC and learnings for full buildout and delivery.Qualifications:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting diverse enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack and .NET framework.- Proficient in front-end development with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular or React).- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and modern architectures like microservices and APIs.- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating APIs or models.- Ability to work independently with strategic direction and adapt to evolving project goals.- Strong analytical skills to translate vague requirements into technical actions.- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD).Other Preferred Qualifications:- Exposure to multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust).- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Document Intelligence services.- Previous experience in R&D, innovation labs, or emerging tech initiatives.- Strong presentation skills for demos and technical storytelling.It is expected that you uphold Crowes values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship, acting ethically and with integrity at all times.At Crowe, great people make a great firm, and as part of the team, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package.
