Job Description

    You have the opportunity to join a dynamic team at Bristlecone, a leading provider of AI-powered application transformation services for the connected supply chain. As a Technical Writer, your role will involve creating technical documentation in a software or IT environment. Your responsibilities will include:- Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.- 5-7 years of proven experience in technical writing in a software or IT environment.- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and technical documentation practices.- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and developer documentation.- Experience with structured authoring (DITA/XML).- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or scripting languages is a plus.About Bristlecone:Bristlecone is dedicated to empowering customers with speed, visibility, automation, and resiliency to thrive on change.
