Job Description

As a Senior Technology Operations Analyst in the Agile Framework tools team in Noida, your role will involve managing Atlassian Jira environments with a focus on system configuration, automation, integrations, governance, and best practices. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:- Providing end-to-end administration of Atlassian Jira environments- Implementing automation and integrations in Jira and Confluence- Designing and implementing scalable workflows, schemes, and configurations- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Jira and Confluence- Monitoring system performance, audit logs, and integration failures- Conducting training sessions and workshops for teams across the organization- Mentoring junior admins and supporting cross-functional tech groupsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field- Minimum 5 years of hands-on administration experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud- Strong experience in Groovy scripting, Scriptrunner, and building custom behaviors- Knowledge of Rovo, Automation, Salesforce integration, ServiceNow, Structures, Roadmaps- Familiarity with SQL and AWS platform (EC2, RDS)Additional details about the company: The team consists of skilled Administrators cum developers supporting over 7,000 users.
