Role Overview:As a Software Development Engineer-II(Backend) at Innovaccer, you will be responsible for building an exceptional product experience. Collaborating with a team of engineers, you will work on creating features to address and resolve customer pain points. Your role will involve close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and leads to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products. You will also play a key role in optimizing application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks. Additionally, you will contribute towards the architecture, design, and development of backend services and components to ensure scalability, maintainability, and extensibility of the system.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a team of engineers to build delightful feature experiences- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and leads to define technical solutions- Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks- Contribute to the architecture, design, and development of backend services and components- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and extensibility of the systemQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- 3 to 6 years of overall experience in backend microservices, data, cloud, observability, etc.- Proficiency in Python, Django, FastAPI, Flask, Sanic, SQL, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Docker, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases- Deep knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices- Experience with unit testing, TDD, and writing testable code- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams- Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset- Experience working in an agile development environment is preferredAdditional Details of the Company:Innovaccer offers generous leave benefits of up to 40 days, one of the industrys best parental leave policies, and a sabbatical leave policy.
