If you are passionate about making an impact from your position, we invite you to join us in our mission.Key Responsibilities:- Prototype, develop, and unit-test scalable features with a focus on quality- Collaborate with team members to determine optimal problem-solving strategies- Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback to peers, and incorporate feedback received- Work alongside Ops partners to plan, develop, monitor, and enhance necessary infrastructure- Identify and address performance, reliability, and scalability issues- Engage in a highly collaborative team environment that emphasizes effective communication and quality contributions across diverse geographical locationsQualifications Required:- B.Tech/ MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent software development experience- Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience and at least 2 years of experience in building modern web applications- Strong foundation in computer science with a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization- Proficiency in NodeJS, GraphQL, Webpack, Nx, Flex- Hands-on experience with modern web technologies and tools such as React.js, Redux, Webpack, Webhooks- Familiarity with browser-based debugging and performance profiling- Excellent problem-solving skills and creative troubleshooting abilities- Strong communication and collaboration capabilities- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing demands- Willingness to learn, develop, and take on responsibilitiesNice to Have:- Familiarity with integrating AI features into web applications- Experience in Prompt engineering, working with LLM APIs, RAG, and MCPs would be advantageous(Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted as they do not directly relate to the job role.),
