Job Description

    As a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js and .NET, you will be joining our engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, driving technical excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.Your responsibilities will include building high-quality, maintainable, and performant web applications across the stack, providing accurate coding estimates, reviewing code contributions, and ensuring adherence to best practices. You will assess software quality, troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems, and evaluate trade-offs between technical and design approaches. Additionally, you will mentor SDE 1 engineers, collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features in Agile environments.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, along with 8 years of professional software development experience. You must have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying full-stack solutions, as well as experience mentoring junior developers. Your knowledge should include expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, secure coding practices, software quality, maintainability, and scalability best practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization is also required.In terms of skills, you should possess strong coding and problem-solving skills, proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js, as well as backend expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, modern CSS, component-based UI patterns, state management, and data fetching is essential.
