Job Description

    The Specialist, Client Tech Support Engineering role at Fiserv is an excellent opportunity for skilled C# .NET engineers to join our dynamic application support team. In this non-development role, you will utilize your expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting robust and scalable Windows applications using the .NET framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively maintain and support existing software systems.Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Support: Identify and resolve software defects, analyze and troubleshoot client tickets related to Windows software applications using the .NET framework. Proficiency in application logging, event logs, and traces is required.- Database Management: Develop basic SQL queries, review stored procedures, and database structures. Experience with Oracle database is essential.- Integration: Analyze and design system requirements, standards, and specifications for integrated software solutions.- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Technical Skills Required:- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Angular 2, REST, Window Forms, WPF and WCF.- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular/React.- Strong knowledge of Oracle database and database concepts.- Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, Version Control Systems like TFS, Git.- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.- Exposure to Hardware Integrations.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Prior experience within the banking or financial services domain is preferred.Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 PMTo apply for this position, please use your legal name and complete the step-by-step profile.
