Job Description

    As a Software Architect at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in defining and evolving the architectural vision and roadmap for our products. Your responsibilities will include ensuring alignment with business goals, providing proactive thought leadership, designing and overseeing the implementation of highly scalable distributed systems, driving the technical delivery of AI-powered features, exploring and implementing AI solutions, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration within the engineering organization.You will need a passion and love for what you do, along with 14 years of experience in software development and 5 years in a software architect role. Deep expertise in designing and implementing highly scalable architectures, proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Rest Services, MySQL or Postgres, MongoDB, Kafka, and experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and/or Azure are essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly Generative AI (GenAI) and Agents, is required.The ideal candidate will be ambitious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a strong bias to action, and possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Strong business acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to mentor a team towards high-quality deliverables are also key attributes.
