Role Overview:You are sought after to join the team at GSS English & Exams (IELTS Operations) in Noida, India. Your main responsibility will be to understand the information needs of the operations and delivery teams, developing and maintaining reports and systems to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of these needs. The role requires working in shifts, occasional travel, and extended hours during training drives, with five days a week in the office.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct short- and long-term workload forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource management to meet key performance metrics.- Support IELTS Operations reporting requirements, align reports with business strategy, and identify new reporting needs.- Ensure compliance with information security policies and ISO 27001 standards, manage access levels, and provide security awareness training to the team.Qualification Required:- Graduate degree- Microsoft Excel Certification (Intermediate level)- VBA Certification (Intermediate)- Proficiency in Power APP, Power Automate, and .NET (Basic)- Advance Excel certification is desirableAdditional Details:You should possess advanced MS Office skills, good communication skills, and expertise in reporting & analytics with relevant experience in a reporting/analytics role. It is essential to have a strong understanding of MIS principles, reporting standards, and performance metrics. Your proactive approach, problem analysis & resolution skills, and ability to plan and prioritize work will be crucial. Expertise in MS Excel, VBA, workflow automation, macro development, and process improvement techniques is required. You must also be proficient in reporting and dashboard tools such as Power App and Power Automate. Meeting English language proficiency at a minimum level of IELTS band 7 or equivalent qualification is mandatory. Reacting positively to change, experience in a KPO industry in a secured environment, and 2-5 years in MIS, data analysis, or automation roles are preferred.
