Sr. Technical Manager

Job Description

You are a self-driven, results-oriented Senior Manager with over 12 years of experience leading large-scale projects and managing high-performing teams. Your main responsibilities will include executing Time & Material (T&M) and Fixed Price (FP) projects, overseeing financial management, and building strong, lasting relationships with UK/US-based clients. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals, manage 2-3 key client accounts simultaneously, and collaborate directly with senior stakeholders.- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.- Cultivate and manage relationships with 2-3 key clients, ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.- Oversee all financial aspects of multiple projects, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and billing for both Time & Material (T&M) and Fixed Price (FP) engagements.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.- Ensure timely and successful project delivery, meeting defined scope, quality standards, and budget constraints.- Stay informed of emerging technologies, particularly AI and GenAI, and explore opportunities to integrate innovations to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.- Collaborate with key departments, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and sustained client satisfaction.- Provide clear, concise, and impactful communication to both internal teams and senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.- Drive process optimization and identify opportunities to improve resource utilization, efficiency, and overall project outcomes.- Excellent Data Platform Expertise and Experience.- 12 years of experience in IT services, with 6 years in a leadership role managing teams.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.- Project management certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL.- Experience working with UK/US-based clients in IT services.- Availability to work from the Noida GL office at least 3 days a week.GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a trusted digital engineering partner to the worlds largest and most forward-thinking companies.
