Job Description

    As an Agile Coach, your primary role will be to provide hands-on coaching to individual teams in various aspects of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. This includes facilitating daily meetings, planning sessions, promoting self-organization, fostering collaboration, guiding iterative development, managing flow, and limiting work in progress. Additionally, you will act as a consultant, working closely with clients on product roadmap activities and translating their vision into an actionable roadmap with features and release schedules for the teams.Your key responsibilities will involve coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams, and leadership when necessary. You will conduct trainings and workshops as per the teams requirements, offering guidance and support throughout the agile transformation process. Collaborating with other departments to adopt best practices and sharing insights within the Agile Practice will also be part of your role.In order to excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:- A minimum of 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to agile coaching- Proficiency in scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, DAD, or LeSS- Experience in facilitating workshops, retrospectives, assessments, and building relationships among stakeholders and team members- Agile coaching certifications like SPC, ICP ACC, PSM 3, as well as SM/PO/DevOps certifications- Ability to support Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders during organizational transformations- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse personality types- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management abilities- Familiarity with TDD, ATDD, BDD, CI/CD, and XP methodologies is a plus- Proven track record of implementing agile techniques across different work cultures and environmentsYour desired tools experience or equivalent knowledge will further enhance your capabilities in this role.Please note that the additional details of the company, if any, were not provided in the job description.
