Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Salesforce CRM Developer at Ameriprise India LLP, you will be responsible for the design, build, unit testing, documentation, and delivery of assigned stories and tasks. You will actively participate in scrum ceremonies, own planned tasks, report blockers, and ensure the quality controls and operational outcomes of Salesforce applications.Key Responsibilities:- Hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & Platform Developer II certifications- Possess a minimum of 7 years of Salesforce/Force.com development experience- Utilize Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Components, Flow/Automation, Triggers, SOQL, Apex, Visualforce, Experience Cloud, and Integration with third-party applications/tools- Collaborate with team members to analyze user requirements and translate them into Salesforce functionalities- Participate in Agile Scrum meetings, sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog grooming- Support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and methodologies- Provide comprehensive technical documentation for projects and changes- Implement Salesforce configurations and customizations- Contribute to code deployments, version control processes, and bug investigation and resolution- Work closely with senior developers to understand best practices and coding standards in Salesforce development- Assist in documenting technical specifications and solutions, including the integration of various Salesforce technologiesQualification Required:- Eagerness to learn and grow in Salesforce development- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence- Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbout Our Company:Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years, focusing on Asset Management and Advice, Retirement Planning, and Insurance Protection.
