Job Description

    As a Technical Support Engineer at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel involved in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. You will be the go-to person to respond to situations where initial product support has failed to isolate or resolve issues in malfunctioning equipment or software. Your responsibilities will also include reporting design flaws, reliability issues, and maintenance problems to design engineering/software engineering teams. Additionally, you may be involved in customer installations and training sessions.To excel in this role, you should have a technical education to degree level with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity. You must be highly computer literate with a strong understanding of technologies relevant to the product coverage area. Your interpersonal skills should be exceptional, allowing you to communicate effectively at all levels. Being bright, enthusiastic, and outgoing will contribute to your success in this position. Your ability to influence others, remain calm under pressure, and work with minimal supervision will be key attributes.Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of professional experience in a technical role, along with superior account management and customer relationship skills. Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems is essential, while familiarity with Mac OS is desired. An understanding of product installation processes will be advantageous. You should be independent, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning to keep up with emerging technologies.
