Job Description

    As a Technical Team Lead at our company located in Noida NSEZ Plot 131 133, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of technical professionals specializing in Salesforce Integration. With over 7 years of experience in software development, particularly focusing on Salesforce integration, you will leverage your expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects while upholding the highest standards of quality and performance.Your responsibilities will include mentoring and guiding a team of developers and technical staff in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce integration solutions. By collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, you will oversee the seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems to facilitate data flow and functionality.Conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality, and effectively managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables will be essential aspects of your role. Staying updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and integration techniques, you will drive innovation within the team and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Additionally, identifying and mitigating risks associated with integration projects will be a key part of your responsibilities.You should possess proven experience in Salesforce Integration, including knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data migration. A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices is crucial, along with experience in integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar. Proficiency in programming languages like Apex, Java, or JavaScript, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues are necessary for success in this role.
