Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer at myKaarma, you will be a crucial part of the Support Engineering Team, focusing on resolving complex customer issues to ensure platform reliability and product stability. Your role involves identifying root causes of issues, recommending workarounds, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams for timely issue resolution, and enhancing expertise in coding and debugging, specifically in the automotive SaaS and technical support operations domain.Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose tickets escalated by Tier 1, utilizing various methods such as scrutinizing application logs, analyzing business data, and reviewing code.- Collaborate with the Engineering team to address high-priority issues and understand the implementation of new features or architectural changes for effective support.- Engage with Product teams for resolving critical issues and incorporating customer suggestions.- Contribute to the development of internal software to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science.- Proficiency in writing and understanding SQL queries, analyzing code, and possessing strong debugging and problem-solving skills.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a helpdesk support role.- Solid understanding of at least one object-oriented language.- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and contexts.Additional Details:- The starting salary range for this position is 10 Lakhs, based on experience and qualifications, reflecting a commitment to competitive industry compensation.- Comprehensive Total Rewards package offered by myKaarma includes bonuses, health and wellness benefits, flexible work environment, generous vacation time, and in-office perks like dog-friendly offices and unlimited snacks.Please note that myKaarma values diverse experiences and backgrounds, encouraging candidates to apply even if they do not meet all the listed qualifications.
