Job Description

    Viva Holidays is a London based Company and have an call canter in Noida providing Cruise & Holidays to the general public in the UK. We require self-motivated Sales staff members who are experienced in the both or one of these areas to regularly handle all Sales Enquiries in the Noida Office which is a Support Center for our UK Office.Skills and Experience:Excellent command over English language (This is for a UK Support Centre)Excellent communication skills - both written and verbalMinimum 2 years cruise and / or holidays selling experience necessary the industryAny additional Holiday Selling Experience / Travel Product related Experience will be highly beneficialAny working experience on the Galileo systems will be beneficialMinimum qualification is GraduationImmediate Start is requiredTiming:5.5 days in a week & will be according to the UK times. A total of 9 hours shift including 1 hour of break time will be a minimum requirement. Shift times & late shift patterns are fixed and cannot change hence please only apply if this is suitable.Please note:Only those candidates must apply for this Sales Position who can work the above hours and can commute on a regular basis to the office location on their own and can start immediately. Female employees get a free office cab service back home after 10pm. This is a FULL time job and no Part time positions are available.Salary:Starting Salary for experienced cruise sellers will be ranging from INR 4,80,000 to INR 5,40,000 per year and INR 3,60,000 to INR 4,20,000 per year for the right candidate based on job role, efficiency & previous experience.
