Job Description

As a UX Designer II at Adobe Design, you will have the opportunity to work on revolutionary products within the Document Cloud team, including Adobe Acrobat, Sign, and Scan, used by over 600 million monthly active users worldwide. You will play a crucial role in crafting AI/ML powered experiences that aim to delight and inspire users across various platforms. Your work will contribute to shaping the future of document interactions for a diverse range of individuals, from everyday knowledge workers to solopreneurs globally.**Key Responsibilities:**- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and develop solutions that enhance user experiences through AI/ML technologies.- Demonstrate a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, particularly in the mobile design space.- Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders and executive leaders to present and justify design concepts.- Exhibit a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently.- Establish user experience goals and priorities aligned with product milestones, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and promote the adoption of user experience best practices.- Engage proactively with various project stakeholders to brainstorm initial concepts and ideas.- Translate design concepts into tangible user experiences through sketches, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, or animations.- Develop designs that meet product objectives, adhere to Adobe Design guidelines, and incorporate user feedback and usability testing results.**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in product design, showcasing a track record of successful designs that meet user needs, product requirements, and business objectives.- B.Des/M.Des degree in HCI or a related design field, focusing on user experience, interaction design, or visual design.- Ability to comprehend complex design challenges and provide practical design solutions.- Proficient in facilitating brainstorming sessions, fostering creativity, creating compelling presentations, and delivering concept pitches.- Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback in a fast-paced design iteration process, delivering polished works within tight timelines.- Strong grasp of fundamental visual and interaction design principles.- Proficiency in Adobe Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar design tools.- Familiarity with prototyping tools is a plus.- Experience working in an agile and lean design environment.- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate problem spaces effectively.
