As a Lifestyle Editor at HerZindagi & HerZindagi Buzz, your role involves conceptualizing and editing lifestyle-driven digital content. You will be responsible for creating engaging content related to wellness, beauty, fitness, fashion, and relationships. Here is a summary of your responsibilities and the qualifications required for this position:Role Overview:- Edit content for short-form and long-form lifestyle content such as interviews, podcasts, explainers, and reels.- Add text overlays, captions, graphics, and branding following platform and brand guidelines.- Collaborate with producers and anchors for timely project delivery and contribute to creative brainstorming for new formats and visual storytelling ideas.- Stay updated with editing trends, tools, and platform algorithms, especially YouTube.- Manage media files, maintain an organized asset library, and ensure backups.- Maintain timelines and deliver high-quality edits within deadlines.Key Responsibilities:- Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and basic animations.- Ability to work on Canva and Photoshop for basic design and thumbnail requirements.- Strong sense of aesthetics, audio leveling, and color grading.- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas.Qualifications Required:- Experience in editing digital content with a focus on lifestyle topics.- Proficiency in After Effects, Canva, and Photoshop.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of current editing trends and best practices.Jagran New Media (JNM) is the digital wing of Jagran Prakashan Limited (JPL), Indias leading media group.
