Job Description

As a Tele Sales Representative for banking products in Noida, your role will involve reaching out to customers through voice calls to explain and sell various banking products such as Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance plans, FDs, and Investment Plans. You will be responsible for meeting monthly targets, resolving customer queries, and maintaining good communication skills in a humble manner. Your job will require excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with voice calling experience. Freshers who are interested in outbound sales process can also be considered, provided they have a minimum graduation qualification. Knowledge of insurance, credit cards, loans, and other banking processes is essential.
