NTT DATA is looking for a Workforce Planning Level 2 Fulfillment Solution Partner to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). As a Level 2 Fulfillment Solution Partner, you will collaborate with a global organization supporting various technologies. The Workforce Planning Team members have the opportunity to grow and define their own path to success. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workforce Planning or a related field and should be motivated with a strong sense of ownership.Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end internal staffing/resource management for allotted accounts, including planning, identifying, and allocating employees for projects.- Collaborate with leaders to validate and qualify resource demand based on skillset, location, cost, and lead time. Assess and advise on fulfillment feasibility and associated risks.- Host and provide reporting for regular demand fulfillment and bench calls with practice groups for proactive communication and issue resolution.- Handle employee ramp-downs before they become available and assess reassignment opportunities for upcoming open demand.- Review Resource Requests (RRs) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Follow up with initiators to correct Resource Requests if needed for approval.- Communicate with employees regarding projects and manage their roles, technologies, and domains.- Coordinate with departments like recruitment, training, immigration, and employee relations to ensure smooth functioning of Workforce Planning Fulfillment Solution Partner activities.- Implement standard procedures for recurring activities such as monitoring employee assignment end dates.- Manage escalations and complaints from delivery in the Demand & Supply cycle of talent fulfillment. This may involve researching escalated issues or preparing detailed reports for management.- Maintain data integrity in NTT tools by generating reports, analyzing results, and identifying missing or incorrect data impacting report outcomes.- Provide input for bi-monthly and monthly Practice Capability reviews for Leadership meetings.- Escalate concerns to FSP Practice Capability Lead when necessary.Required Skills:- Minimum 4 years of Workforce Planning experience in IT/ITES.- Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Preferred Characteristics:- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.- Highly skilled in MS Excel and pivot tables.- Previous experience in recruiting highly preferred.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.- Basic project management skills are a plus.About NTT DATA:NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services with a focus on helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
