* To monitor the supplier performance across all the locations in sector and initiate Corrective and Preventive actions in case of any nonconformity reported.* Concern analysis of the warranty failed & Vehicle line parts and taking the corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct various audits (System, process and Concern base) at Supplier end & improve systems at supplier to achieve Zero Defects Supplies. * Assess the process capability of Critical to Quality Parameters of the parts and improve the capabilities as per requirement. * Involvement in development of new products at initial phases along with CDMM teams and ensuing Deployment of all lessons learnt from previous projects / concern closures. * Participate in PTR at supplier and ensure First Time Right development of parts. * Arrange supplier meets, Certifying supplier rejections and monitoring disposal of the same, * Arrange for segregation / rework for supplier concerns emerging from Mfg. lines, * Escalation of issues with supplier top management & his/her commodity head. * Interact with various departments for effective analysis, action planning, action deployment and closure of concerns in various forum(s).Experience3-4 years with min 2 years of experience of working as a SQA/SQE functionIndustry PreferredAutomotiveQualificationsB.E.
