The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within our retail stores. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Responsibilities:
    1. Drive sales and achieve targets through proactive selling and cross-selling of Dabur products.
    2. Greet customers and provide assistance in product selection based on their needs and preferences.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
    4. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
    5. Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with products displayed prominently.
    6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager to place orders for replenishment.
    7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
    8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
    9. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management activities.
    10. Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall sales and customer service objectives.
