    Accepting Applicants only from Mumbai.Position: Personal AssistantExperience: 3 to 5 yearsAs a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Director, typically a high-level entrepreneur. Your role will involve a wide range of administrative, organizational, and personal tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of their professional and personal lives. Your ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail will be crucial in this role.Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Manage and prioritize the calendar, ensuring optimal use of time. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.2 . Travel Arrangements: Arrange complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas. Coordinate travel logistics and provide detailed travel plans. Handle. last-minute changes and emergencies effectively.3 .Communication: Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the employer. Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.4. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as filing, organizing documents, and managing expenses. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items for meetings. Assist with project management tasks as needed. Personal Assistance: Assist with personal errands, such as shopping, banking, and managing household tasks. Handle personal correspondence and maintain personal schedules and appointments. Coordinate special events, celebrations, and personal commitments. Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, colleagues, and vendors. Build and maintain professional relationships on behalf of the employer. Represent the employer with professionalism and courtesy. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise in day-to-day operations. Anticipate potential problems and take proactive measures to prevent them. Handle unexpected challenges calmly and efficiently.Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments. Proactive approach with a high level of initiative. Ability to work independently, with extra working hours, and as part of a team.
