Job Description

Greetings!!!WE HAVE EXCELLENT JOB OPPORTUNITY.LOCATION: ROHA(RAIGAD)POSITION: PROCESS PROJECT MANAGER.JOB PROFILE:

  • Ensuring that projects are completed in time, within the budget and deliver the intended performance.
  • Estimating the costs and benefits of projects
  • Updation of approved project budget in SAP
  • Ensuring planning for project execution
  • Preparation of basic and detailed engineering plans
  • Planning of Project Activity (Eg: Civil, Fabrication, Insulation, Paintaing) along with Proper Tracking
  • Monitoring the project implementation
  • Supervision of the project activities to ensure quality and timely completion
  • Management of outsourced work and labour to ensure smooth progress of activities
  • Raising of Purchase Indents for equipment and material
  • Inspection of purchased equipment and material to ensure quality
  • Verification of work and scrutiny of bills for supplies/ work done by external contractors
  • Creation of Service Entry Sheet in SAP
  • Ensuring that all project activities are carried out with due safety precautions
  • Preparation of Auto Cad Drawings as and when required.
  • Well conversant with SAP, ISO 9001 : 2008, 14001-2004 & OHSAS 18001-2007 & IMS.
  • Work out Mass / Energy balance to identify areas of improvement or to minimize losses.
  • Should have Process Experience inHydraulic system design, gas/liquid separation, Line sizing, PFD and P&ID preparation, scale up calculations, data sheets preparations etc.

It has a strong presence in the global market, with exports to North and South America, Europe and Asia accounting for a significant proportion of sales turnover.A 50:50 Joint Venture with DRT, France, manufacturing a range of terpene chemicals such as Anthamber, DHM, Geraniol, Nerol etc., used in F & F. The group company has 2 manufacturing facilities situated in Roha.
