1. Checking of Delivery Slip with Physical Parcels & Handover to Delivery Executives.2. Take Return Medicines from Customers3. Take Final Settlement & Cash / Cheque etc against all Delivery Slips4. Daily Cash Balance Update,5. Deposit Daily Cash in Bank Account6. Expiry Checking & Prepare Credit Note & track adjustment in Distributor Outstanding.7. Review Escalation on wrong Medicine or Payment Issues with Customers with Store Manager.8. Get Approval on Expenses & Payment thereof & entry in Marg ERP.9. Bank Reconciliation Pending Entries10. Cash & Petty Cash Entries in Marg ERP.11. Timely payment to Distributors.12. Monthly Profit / Loss A/C & Other important MIS13. Monthly Stock Verification of Main & Franchisee Stores.14. Timely Insurance Renewal15. Regular Visit to Franchisee Stores & resolve issues related to Accounts.16. Monthly GST Returns Filling for Main Stores & Franchisee stores.17. GST Annual Returns for Main Store & Franchisee.18. Income. Tax Return Filing for Main Store & Franchisee.19.
