Posit+C18+A1:C17+A1+A1:C17 Position Deputy Manager- Process Engg. Reports To Umrao Jagtap Place of Posting MVML- Chakan Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Facility, tools, fixtures planning, budget workout, procurement & implementation for new Variant projects on vehicle assembly, New Variants introduction as per APQP. Design and establishment of process for new products / models implementation at vehicle assembly. 2. Workout budget requirement, FTG procurement, Installation & commission for Product & process change management. 3. Study & analyze all PCRN & PDRN to accept for implementation & close as per check sheet for respective shops. 4. Ensure for DCP review as and when required & Process audit rediness for respective shop. 5. Line Process Concerns, Field concerns, Quality concerns resolutions effectively & efficiently. 6. Identify & implement Process improvement & WC reduction in existing Vehicle assembly process to improve overall productivity. 7. Preparation of new layout or modification in existing for improving overall productivity of the TCF. 8. Design & implement the facility & equipment as per the PPAP guideline.
