Job Description

Complete internal handling of jobs, post client on-boarding. Liaison with the clients and the team to ensure meticulous quality work delivered in stipulated time. Ensure timely completion of internal, agency specific work from time to time. Maintain timely and regular updates of work/client statuses and report the same to the management. Keeping the required intervention of the management in day to day affairs to bare minimum. Handling the team and work delegations as per work load. Maintaining a good rapport with the clients with regular touch points/visits. Help the management with recommendations regarding possible upselling and cross- selling.Skills & Qualifications: Post Graduate degree in Marketing. Diploma in Digital Marketing. Strong leadership and communication skills. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketer. Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels. Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best. practices. Handson experience with Social media marketing, Google Analytics and CRM software Familiarity with web design Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a companys success.
