Experience required :

• Masters Degree in the respective subjects, with B.Ed.
• Should have 5 years of high school Teaching experience in CBSE, Cambridge or renowned English Medium Schools.
• Good at managing public relations

• Teaching and Learning
  • Implementation of the colleges curriculum and class schedule.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of learning across the class.
  • Interact with and mentor students with learning or behavioral problems, if any.
  • Deal with disciplinary issues, motivate students to turn away from negative behaviors and encourage positive actions in them.
  • Upgrade own professional knowledge and skills
  • Additional areas as may be directed by the Principal

• Admission & Enrollment
  • Assist in student orientation
  • Ensure the timely payment of fees and other charges, as applicable
• Academic Record-keeping
  • Assist in completion of academic records, mark sheets, leaving certificates and reports
  • Ensure security of exam papers, and post-exam archival of answer papers, student notebooks, etc.
  • Maintain tracker of academic achievers and devise methods to award merit
• Motivate and inspire students, staff, parents and the wider community to ensure every student achieves his or her full potential and is equipped to take advantage of a range of opportunities.
