Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Develop the Program timing chart & tracking the progress against the plan & control Project time plan to ensure on time project exeution.
  • Prepare , monitor & review /revise Project scope.
  • Prepare, obtain & monitor Capital Budget (CAPEX) for New development & monitor product & project costs.
  • Project review meeting with CFT team, rocord & track review proceedings, resolution of project issue.
  • Risk Mitigation - Facilitate risk assesssment for each deliverables, develop mitigation plan, Facilitate implementation & monitoring of implementation plan.
  • Deploys Project Management processes, methods & tools & decide on suitable strategies & objectives.
  • Generate MIS reports with adequate indicators & dashboard & monitor
  • Able to handle mutiple prorgrams.
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected program
  • Release on Monthly priorities & development project milestone & production plan.
  • Ensuring adherence to structured development processes & systems.
  • Liaison with PM, PL, Design, SSU, PCM, QA, CME, SCPC and Customer Care to address gateway deliverables and ensure smooth coordination ensuring delivery.
  • Supplier Panel, VOB, ROCM, Proto settlements,Early supplier involvement.
  • Tracking of drawing acceptance & assigning for development with feedback closure on DFM, DFS & DFA.
  • Adherence to Gateway audit deliverables and ensure closure of all open concerns and action plan
  • Continuously works towards scenario analysis for make v/s buy analysis and ensure identification of critical parts.
  • Documents and effectively uses past learnings to mitigate risks and deploys best practices to other upcoming/ongoing projects - TGR / TGW
  • Project critical issue escalation to superiors / business/function leaders to prevent project delays or derailment
  • Liaison with PMO, PL and Build Team during engine builds for muliple projects/ location
