Job Description

    Position Overview :We are seeking a talented Python Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data loading and data processing using Python. You will be responsible for developing efficient and scalable solutions for handling large datasets, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the overall success of our data-driven projects.Responsibilities :Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives.Design, develop, and maintain Python-based data loading and processing pipelines.Implement robust and scalable solutions for ingesting, transforming, and cleaning large volumes of data.Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and maintainability.Work with various data formats, such as CSV, JSON, XML, and databases, to extract and load data.Perform data validation, quality checks, and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency.Troubleshoot and resolve issues. related to data processing, data integrity, and pipeline failures.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data engineering and processing.Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their requirements and provide the necessary data support.Document the design, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines and processes.Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications :Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of professional experience as a Python Developer, focusing on data loading and processing.Strong proficiency in Python programming and related libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Familiarity with data storage solutions, such as relational databases (e.g., SQL) and NoSQL databases.Solid understanding of data formats and serialization (CSV, JSON, XML, etc.).Demonstrated ability to optimize and tune data pipelines for performance and scalability.Experience working in a collaborative team environment and using version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.Knowledge of data quality and data governance principles is a plus.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a bonus.Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks is desirable but not mandatory.
