Position:Sr. Officer/Executive ProjectsDepartment:ProjectsReporting to:GM OperationsJob Competency Requirements:Qualification:BE Chemical/Mechanical fromrecognizeduniversity (BE Chemical most preferable).Experience:Min4 Yrs andabove .Language:Very good command on English, Hindi & Marathi.Skills:Knowledge of AutoCAD/ MS Projects/ SAP is essential.Well conversant with ISO 9001: 2008, 14001-2004 & OHSAS 18001-2007 Management systems, Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, People management skills, Awareness of statutory requirements for project execution, Awareness of safe practicesDirecting and supervising the implementation of project activities to ensure the timely completion of the project and intended performanceMonitoring the costs of the project to ensure that it is within the budgeted costEnsuring the availability of the project material as required through timely indenting,co- ordinationwith Purchase department for timely delivery and issue of the material from StoreTechnical evaluation of quotations when requiredInspection of the project material and equipment and work done to ensurequalityand performance of projectsManagement of the outsourced work and labour to ensuresmoothprogress ofprojectVerification of work completed and scrutiny of bills for correct payment to vendorsCo- ordinationwith external consultants for the projectParticipation in HAZOP for the projectEnsuring that all project activities are carried out with due safetyEnsuring documentation for statutory approvals for the projectCompletion of project closing activities to ensure that all project related expenditure is completed and capitalisedPreparation/updationof POCP, HIRA and AIS for project related activitiesSalary/Probation:Probation Period:6 Months and increment on confirmation.Increment:Based on Performance after completion of 6 months probation period and later yearly increment based on performance i.e. appr. 10% to 15% rise.Other benefits:All statutory benefits, Mediclaim policy with familycoveretc.CTC:5.8 to 7.5 Lacs per annum
