The. ideal candidate should be passionate about finding and attracting top talent, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing the end-to-end recruitment process.Your Daily Tasks: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates suitability for the role and company culture. Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Minimum work experience is required: 5 - 7 years of experienceTop 5 Skills You Should Have: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding. Strong understanding of various recruitment tools and technologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
