bJob Title: Cashier & Customer Service Representative Location: CP-Chai Prantha by Stateside Dhaba, Sector 10, Panchkula, Haryana About Us:CP-Chai Prantha is a vibrant and bustling eatery dedicated to serving delicious food with exceptional customer service. We take pride in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, offering a diverse menu of mouthwatering dishes. :We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier & Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with menu inquiries and special requests.
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately and responsibly.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and dining area.
  • Assisting with other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
