Job Description

As a Recruiter at Elevate Recruitment & Staffing, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the U.S. and Canada. Your responsibilities will involve candidate sourcing through multiple channels, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating with North American clients, managing a talent pool, creating job postings, networking to stay updated on market trends, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.You should have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on international hiring for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Familiarity with IT software engineering, administration, skilled trades, and general labor sectors will be beneficial. Strong skills in candidate engagement, communication, and interpersonal interactions are essential. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools is required, along with fluency in English.A Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Understanding the cultural and business nuances of the North American job market is crucial for success in this role.
