Job Description

We are in search of a highly skilled Sitecore Developer to become a valuable member of our MST team. As a Sr. Software Engineer / Software Engineer, your primary focus will be on backend development for impactful Sitecore-based digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating secure and scalable systems by implementing modern architecture principles while leading complex Sitecore projects in collaboration with various cross-functional teams.With at least 4 years of hands-on Sitecore development experience, you should possess a Sitecore Certified Professional Developer certification along with strong C# and .NET programming skills. Your expertise should extend to Sitecore 9.x and above, including Sitecore XM Cloud. Proficiency in working with APIs such as REST and GraphQL, familiarity with SQL Server, and experience with CI/CD using GitHub are essential for this role. Knowledge of deploying Sitecore on Vercel or similar hosting environments, understanding of Helix architecture principles, and awareness of WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility standards are also required. Excellent communication and team leadership skills will be beneficial in this position.As a Sitecore Developer, your responsibilities will include building scalable Sitecore solutions based on Helix design principles, optimizing backend performance, reducing load times, and ensuring platform security against DDoS attacks and other threats. You will also be tasked with implementing backend integrations for Sitecore Content Hub, personalization tools, analytics, and search functionalities. Collaboration with designers, frontend developers, and product managers is a key aspect of this role to ensure the delivery of seamless digital experiences. Furthermore, guiding and mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, ensuring accessibility compliance, maintaining reusable backend components, and providing technical documentation are essential duties. Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.,
