Job Description

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Adobe XD, Figma. Ensure design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines. User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI): Optimize designs for intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfaces. Conduct user research and usability tests to refine and improve designs. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align website designs with campaign goals. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Technical & Visual Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO. Use graphic design software to create visuals, banners, and other website assets. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve design issues to improve user experience. Test website functionality and resolve compatibility issues across browsers and devices.Requirements: Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma. Basic knowledge of front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and creativity. Excellent communication and time-management skills.
