We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PCD Manager - Sales and Marketing to lead the introduction and expansion of our PCD product range in the market.Key Responsibilities: Strategize and execute the launch of our PCD product range in targeted markets. Identify and onboard new PCD distributors to establish a strong network. Foster and maintain excellent relationships with distributors and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competition. Achieve sales targets through effective planning and management. Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful promotional strategies and materials. Provide training and support to PCD partners for better understanding and sales performance.Qualifications and Skills: Experience: At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical PCD marketing, with a proven ability to successfully launch and grow new PCD product ranges. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred). Strong knowledge of the PCD pharmaceutical market and distributor network. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
