Job Description

    The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:1. Operations Management- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.2. Sales and Profitability- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting tactics as necessary.- Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.3. Customer Service- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.- Handle customer. inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.- Train staff in customer service best practices.4.Staff Management- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.- Schedule staff shifts.- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and training.5. Merchandising- Plan and execute effective store layouts and merchandising strategies.- Monitor product trends and adjust inventory accordingly.- Coordinate with the purchasing team for stock selection.6. Financial Management- Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial records.- Prepare and submit financial reports.- Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.7. Marketing and Promotion- Plan and implement in-store promotions and events.- Collaborate with the marketing team for store advertising campaigns.- Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance store visibility.8.Safety and Security- Ensure store complies with health and safety regulations.- Implement security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of staff and customers.- Conduct regular audits and loss prevention strategies.Qualifications:- Education:Bachelors degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.- Experience:Minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in retail management.- Skills:- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficient in retail software and inventory management systems.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Customer service orientation.Qualifications:-Any graduation,
