Job Description

    • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements in all QA
    • processes.
    • Monitor and review the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished
    • products.
    • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for any quality deviations
    • or non-conformances.
    • Oversee in-process checks and final product inspections to ensure consistent
    • product quality.
    • Coordinate with production && HO for new materials trials and validation.
    • Maintain and update quality documentation, including batch records, test reports, and
    • audit logs.
    • Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections.
    • Train QAC team members on quality standards, procedures, and hygiene practices.
    • Monitor and control the wastage and rejection in the process
    • Oversee and make sure all the IPQC activities
    • Coordinate and monitor the Quality day implementation plan @facrory level && HO
    • QAC team.
