We are building an AI-powered food commerce ecosystem with transparent pricing, innovative features, and a seamless customer experience.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Software Testing Intern to help ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our mobile application and web-based admin platforms. You will work closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs, verify new features, and improve the overall user experience.Responsibilities* Test Android, iOS, and web applications.* Execute manual test cases for new features and bug fixes.* Identify, document, and report software defects.* Perform regression, functional, UI, and usability testing.* Verify bug fixes before production releases.* Test customer, restaurant, delivery, and admin workflows.* Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.* Maintain clear testing documentation and reports.* Suggest improvements to enhance application quality.Requirements* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.* Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts.* Familiarity with SDLC and STLC.* Knowledge of mobile application testing.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Good communication and documentation abilities.* Passion for learning new technologies.Preferred Skills* Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).* Understanding of API testing using Postman.* Familiarity with SQL basics.* Exposure to automation testing tools is an added advantage.What Youll Gain* Hands-on experience testing a real-world food delivery platform.* Mentorship from experienced software engineers.* Exposure to Agile development practices.* Opportunity to work on live production features.* Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation based on performance.* High-performing interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).LocationPuducherry (On-site)Join us in building technology that powers the future of local food delivery.Work Location: In person .
