    Greetings from SRI HR & Integrated Services.Our Client, a leading Indian eyewear retail company recruiting -Optometrists in the Locations mentioned below.Chennai - All Locations.VelloreVillianurSalemThanjavurTrichyCoimbatorePerambalurJob Role:Role: OptometristPosition Summary: The incumbent shall be responsible for providing the best customer experience in ourstores by ensuring high standards of eye testing quality.Reporting Relationship: Would be directly reporting to the Store ManagerKey Responsibilities:Commitment to Customer SatisfactionAlways putting the customers needs first.Conducting competent and knowledgeable eye tests.Greeting customers immediately when they enter the store.Eye Test Quality Assurance and SalesExamine eyes, using observation, and instruments, to determine visual acuity and perception,focus and coordinationResponsible for converting the prospective customers into actual customers.Ensure all customers receive an accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.Competencies & Educational Qualifications: -Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Degree holder in Optometry with a minimum of 0-3 years of relevantexperience in the industry.Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
