Job Description

    Our Client is A reputed Life Insurance Company with having nationwide distribution presence through 348 BranchesRecruiting Agency Sales Managers, for developing a Life Insurance business in the assigned territory by
    • Identifying, Recruiting, and training advisors for promoting Sales.
    • Licensing them for selling
    • Learning the details of Policies and their sales Pitch.
    • Planning activities for Lead Generation
    • Joint Calls with Advisors to meet customers.
    Selection Criteria:
    • Age limit Between 23 to 30 years
    • Educational Qualifications UG / PG
    • A resident of the Same Location
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry
