Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team and gain valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition. This internship will give you exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to assisting with interviews and onboarding. Youll play a key role in helping us identify top talent and improve our hiring strategies, all while developing a deep understanding of HR functions.Key Responsibilities:
    • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, and resume databases.
    • Job Posting: Draft and post job openings on relevant job portals and company websites.
    • Screening Resumes: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
    • Initial Candidate Communication: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates suitability for the role and explain job details.
    • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
    • Candidate Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details, interview feedback, and status.
    • Support in Recruitment Events: Assist in organizing job fairs, campus drives, or recruitment events, if applicable.
    • Offer Letters & Documentation: Assist in drafting offer letters and employment documentation for successful candidates.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand recruitment trends, compensation packages, and competitor analysis.
    • HR Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining recruitment records, preparing reports, and handling other HR-related duties.
    Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
    • Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges quickly and effectively, maintaining a proactive attitude.
