Job Description

    We are looking for a Product Inwarding Manager to oversee and streamline the inwarding process of inventory across warehouses, retail stores, and e-commerce fulfillment centers. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock entry, quality checks, system updates, and coordination with suppliers, logistics teams, and warehouse staff.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Product Inwarding & Receiving:
      • Oversee the receipt of goods at warehouses and stores, ensuring accurate quantity and quality.
      • Verify stock received against purchase orders (POs), invoices, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
      • Manage stock entry into WMS (WareIQ), POS (Genesis), and OMS (Fynd Konnect) systems.
    2. Quality Check & Inspection:
      • Conduct quality checks on received stock for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
      • Ensure compliance with brand and vendor agreements for product specifications.
    3. Inventory System Updates:
      • Ensure all inwarded stock is accurately logged into the inventory management system.
      • Work with TechMonk, Genesis POS, Shopify, and Fynd OMS for real-time stock updates.
      • Generate inwarding reports to track stock movement and supplier performance.
    4. Supplier & Logistics Coordination:
      • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to address any stock discrepancies or damages.
      • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline inwarding schedules.
      • Ensure timely documentation and approvals for returns, replacements, and claims.
    5. Process Optimization & Compliance:
      • Implement best practices for faster and more accurate product inwarding.
      • Ensure compliance with audit standards, FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation, and stock reconciliation.
      • Minimize losses due to incorrect inwarding or delays in processing.
    Key Skills & Requirements:Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS), WMS, OMS, and POS tools.
    • Knowledge of WareIQ, Fynd OMS, Genesis POS, and TechMonk integration (preferred).
    • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and inventory tracking tools.
    • Familiarity with barcode scanning, SKU mapping, and stock reconciliation.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
    • Ability to handle high-volume inwarding processes efficiently.
    • Problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies.
    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in inventory inwarding, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
    • Prior experience in D2C, marketplace, or offline retail inwarding is a plus.
    Working days - 6days working 10am to 7 pm or 11am to 8pm .
