Job Description

    As a Project Manager at our organization, you will have the responsibility of spearheading Product company level projects from GECIA. Your primary goal will be to oversee and drive initiatives that enhance the PC/CCs efficiency and effectiveness. This will involve leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with PC/CC/supplier teams, and serving as the sole point of contact for projects. Your duties will include creating project plans, leading and coordinating project planning and execution, monitoring project deliveries, managing project budgets, maintaining project documentation, traveling to customer and sub-vendor locations, ensuring proper review and processing of variations and claims, and aligning with stakeholders for their 3-Year Full Potential Plan.To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong business acumen, think innovatively, have an entrepreneurial mindset, possess strong people management skills, participate actively in PCM meetings, report regularly to GECIA & PC Management Team on project progress, and have expertise in project planning, budgeting, and management.
